We hope your item brought you some Underwaves energy. If, however, it doesn’t fully meet your expectations, here’s all the information you need to make your return easily.
Contact us first
Please email us at hello@lowater.ch to let us know you’d like to make a return. This allows us to create your return file, guide you through the process, and prepare your refund.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Optional: a short note to help us improve
Prepare your item carefully
To ensure your refund, your item must be returned:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all tags intact
- In its original packaging
- For swimsuits: the hygienic liner must still be attached
These conditions also ensure impeccable hygiene for all our customers.

Return timeframe
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your product. If you encounter an unexpected situation, write to us — we always do our best to find a flexible, human solution.
Refund
Once we receive your package and verify the item, we will:
- Issue a full refund of the item (excluding shipping costs)
- Refund to your original payment method
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 calendar days for the refund to appear in your account.
